1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through the CYRHANA online shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Placeholder images are used during the launch period and will be replaced with product photography. Product descriptions are for informational purposes — individual taste experiences may vary.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — in the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Launch pricing
Products in the CYRHANA Premium Collection and Chef's Selection are currently offered at launch prices that are lower than our regular prices. Launch prices are time-limited and may change when we transition to regular pricing. The regular price is shown crossed out next to the launch price.
5. Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock issues or suspected fraud.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at order@cyrhana.de. Returned products must be unopened and in original condition.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which CYRHANA is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
